Super 8 By Wyndham Harlingen Tx Hotel

I visited friends and did some shoppingT . Harlingen is fairly close to South Padre Island and I spent a couple days at the island.

I didn't like that the ice machine was located in the lobby and that there were no soda machines. The sodas had to be purchased at the front desk.

The staff was friendly and accomodating!

Great value! Great location!

The front of the hotel was confusing to get to. The room was a little stuffy.

The staff were helpful and always ready to assist.

More accessible features for seniors would be beneficial.

The room were comfy they made me feel in home . They staff were always available to help us . I had a great time

The carpet was very pretty

I loved the comfortable beds and clean rooms! The only downside was the breakfast selection could use more variety 😅

The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. My room was always clean when I came back from an outting. I felt very safe in this area as well.

The only thing I did not like about this hotel was the moldy, musty smell of the room as if there had been water damage.

I loved the convenience of having a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist.

No noticeable negatives .

the Hotel is good. the ac in the room was great cold like we like it and the breakfast was pretty good but you gotta get up early. Over all the hotel was very comfortable. The halls were a little warm but we didnt stay in the hall. I would recomend it and would stay there next time I'm in Harlingen.

Room seemed clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were terrible. Much too dense and thick. Ice bucket too small.

Price for a bottle of water was too high. Pillows too thick, ice bucket too small

Comfortable stay with great amenities

The location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast provided was decent, but I wish there were more options available.

The staff was fantastic. The hotel was pretty clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good and my kids loved it.

The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, but it didn't bother us any. Also, it took a very long time for the room to cool down, even with the AC set at 68 degrees, it never really got close to that.

We got a room with a tub. A microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines and a fridge were available in the kitchen. Location: the hotel was very close to anywhere in the valley, the mall and other places and all the stores and restaurants.

The hotel staff was a bit rude.

The scene around Super 8 is lit with spots like Olive Garden and Pho #1 right around the corner! Plus, the staff were super chill and accommodating as silk.

But, whoa, the hotel needs serious TLC! The funky smell and rough condition of the rooms are major red flags. It reminded me of I was breathing in history, and not the good kind. The breakfast selection was a major letdown.
